DISCLAIMER AND CONSENT TO TREATMENT

1. Non-Medical Services

All services provided by YOLU, including head spa treatments, scalp treatments, body massage, shampoo service, hair dry, and related wellness services (collectively, the "Services"), are intended solely for relaxation, aesthetic, wellness, and scalp care purposes. The Services are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or health disorder.

Nothing provided by YOLU constitutes medical advice. Clients are encouraged to consult with a licensed physician or other healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.

2. Individual Results May Vary

Results from the Services may vary from person to person. YOLU makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding any specific outcome, including but not limited to scalp improvement, hair growth, reduction of hair loss, facial contouring, lifting effects, stress reduction, or other aesthetic or wellness benefits.

3. Possible Treatment Reactions

Clients understand that temporary soreness, tenderness, muscle discomfort, fatigue, redness, pressure sensitivity, scalp sensitivity, temporary changes in hair texture or appearance, or other similar reactions may occur during or after treatment. Such reactions are generally considered normal and temporary responses to massage, hair cleansing, scalp stimulation, and related wellness treatments.

If any unusual or persistent symptoms occur, clients should discontinue treatment and seek appropriate medical advice.

4. Client Health Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, injuries, pregnancy, medications, scalp conditions, skin conditions, or other health concerns that may affect treatment.

YOLU reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if, in its sole judgment, a service may not be suitable for a client's condition.

5. Post-Treatment Recommendations

Clients are advised to drink adequate water following treatment and to avoid strenuous exercise and alcohol consumption for the remainder of the day. Failure to follow these recommendations may affect the client's experience and perceived results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, YOLU shall not be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Services.

Nothing in this Disclaimer shall limit or exclude liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or any liability that cannot be waived under applicable California law.

7. Assumption of Risk

Clients voluntarily choose to receive the Services and assume all ordinary risks associated with non-medical massage, scalp care, and wellness treatments.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Disclaimer and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising out of or relating to the Services shall be brought exclusively in federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and the parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees, costs, and expenses incurred in connection with any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services, regardless of the outcome of such dispute, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Acknowledgment and Consent

By submitting a consultation form, booking an appointment, or receiving Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Disclaimer and Consent to Treatment.
