YOLU BEAUTY — SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at YOLU Beauty Salon (operated by I-NE US CO., LTD.). This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the shipment and delivery of our products within the United States.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship to the United States only. We do not ship to addresses outside the United States at this time.

2. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched.

3. Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Continental U.S.: 3–4 business days
  • Hawai‘i and Alaska: additional 3–4 business days

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier.

4. Shipping Fees and Free Shipping

  • Orders of USD 40 or more (before tax and after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
  • Orders to Hawai‘i or Alaska incur an additional USD 10 surcharge and may require 4–5 extra business days for delivery.

5. Restrictions and Un-shippable Addresses

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories and possessions outside the 50 states.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any order containing restricted or hazardous materials (such as certain aerosols or alcohol-based products).
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or inaccessibility, the customer will be responsible for re-delivery charges and no shipping fees will be refunded.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Once your order has been transferred to USPS, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.
If you believe your package is lost or damaged, please contact us at contactla@yolubeauty.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Provide your order number and photos of any damage. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but we are not obligated to issue a replacement or refund until the carrier’s investigation is complete. Please retain all packaging and contents until the claim is resolved.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Except for items marked final sale or non-returnable, returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and the items must be in their original, unused condition.
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items, unless otherwise specified.
Unauthorized returns may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee as set forth in our Terms and Conditions.

8. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under this policy if caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or carrier disruptions.
