CANCELLATION AND LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
At YOLU Beauty Salon, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, please review our cancellation and late arrival policy:
Cancellation Policy:

Free Cancellation Period:
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. -
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. -
No-Shows:
If you fail to show up for your appointment without any notice (no-show), we will charge 100% of the service price and repeat no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments.

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure a prompt start. -
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late for your appointment, please understand that: -
Your service time will be reduced to accommodate the next client's scheduled appointment.

We will do our best to provide the full service, but this may not always be possible due to scheduling constraints.

The full service price will still apply, regardless of the reduced service time.

Excessive Lateness:
If you are more than 15 minutes late: -
We may need to reschedule your appointment.

This will be treated as a late cancellation, and a 50% charge of the scheduled service price will apply.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you on the same day.

Cancellations Due to Lateness:
If you realize you will be significantly late and wish to cancel or reschedule: -
This will be treated as a late cancellation if done within 24 hours of your appointment.

For group bookings of 4 or more people, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice.

We reserve the right to request a credit card to secure your booking, which will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or as per our late arrival policy.
